Session 2. Today’s Leadership of the Country: an Expert Analysis
    Brazil is a multiparty federal country with a hierarchical style of leadership. Decisions are made by the highest-ranking person. The Authoritarian Personality is in Brazil. Why is the interest in something called as 'authoritarian personality'? The starting point of the investigations is really prejudice, whether it is racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, xenophobia, or other variants. One of the lines of inquiry is predicated on the authoritarian personality. In the monograph "The Authoritarian Personality" by Theodor W. Adorno and his collaborators it is defined an authoritarian person as someone who thinks in a rigid manner, obeys authority without questioning, sees the world in simple black-and-black terms, and adheres to strict social rules and hierarchies.  It is argued that such authoritarian persons are much more likely to hold prejudices of all kinds.

Session 3. Intercultural Business Leadership Framework:  a Conceptual Model of the Country
    It will be quite interesting to see in the coming years how an intercultural leadership is affected by the strong emergence of countries such as US, Japan, Germany. Even though a cross-cultural thinking has been a part of the corporate world for some time it will most likely be even more important to strong relationships with German. We can make our Business successfully because these countries have more common features as compared with others.

Session 4. The Most Prominent Business Leaders in the USA    
    In a Brazil’s case it was Henrique Cardoso, who became the Finance Minister in 1993. He was quite influential and got a team of economists to serve and lay the economic path for Brazil. Just before him the economists were not willing to serve under the Brazil Government. He was seen as the reformer and changed the people's perception. This fact laid the path for improving economy in Brazil.

Session 5. Discussion-session
    If you've decided to set business relationships with Brazil, you should strictly follow their business traditions to avoid misunderstandings and problems in communication. Brazilians need to know who they are doing business with before they can work effectively. Be positive, open-minded, because it is important for them and for your effective business. Ask questions about their family, of course, do not forget to pay attention to children. Be ready to answer the different questions about youself and your life. To fill more comfortable in your conversation with Brazilians, you should better avoid such conversation topics as: Argentina, politics, poverty, religion, and Rain Forest. They prefer talking about soccer, family, and children. Stay away from such a question as: Is it true that everyone in Brazil is either very rich or very poor? - It is very likely that you will be talking with someone who is not either one.

Closing Session
    So, what is a Brazilian? I would, probably, say: "He is a kind, happy, potentially successful, culturally independent, liberated, socially aware resident of Brazil."
